 When I first came across Swagvault, They got a very clean and ordinary but efficient layout. What can I say more about their customer service? They are not the best but they are GOOD! Though, they took an average of two minutes to reach a live chat support agent named Rylie. The final thing I will mention is that SWAGVAULT is reliable when you look for swtor credits, RS gold and WoW Gold. Swagvault is a large secure company that appears to be dealing with some growth problems since 2008. One thing I notice that they don’t have a real refund policy or any guarantee. From some test I made with their site I found them SWAGVAULT reliable, safe, secure company, but can be a bit of a customer service hassle if something goes wrong.

Overall we felt SwagVault was a very efficient and safe site to make gold purchases. There customer service was top of the line and quickly responded to any question that arose during the purchase process. The site was relatively easy to use and easy to navigate through.
